The Municipality of Pudtol proudly joined the opening ceremony of the 31st Apayao Founding Anniversary Sports Tournament held today, February 13, 2026 at Poblacion, Luna.
The celebration commenced with a vibrant parade from the Provincial Capitol leading to the BGVJR Memorial Gymnasium, symbolizing unity, camaraderie and sportsmanship among the participating municipalities across the province.
Representing Pudtol were Municipal Mayor Hon. Edmar D. Pascua, J.D., and Vice Mayor Hon. Teresita A. Bulsao, together with the roster of Sangguniang Bayan Members. They were joined by Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President Hon. Lyndl John C. Lorenzo, Department Heads, Section Heads, LGU personnel and players.
The annual sports tournament forms part of the province’s founding anniversary celebration, fostering solidarity, teamwork, and healthy competition among local government units.
